Help Team Canada Junior roller derby get to World Cup 2018
We need the help of the whole Canadian Derby Family. This is the second time Canada has sent a team to the Junior World Cup and we want to improve on our Bronze metal. We need to make sure we have the funding to send this team in 2018 so there will be no hesitation for future teams to be made. These players are the future of derby in Canada
Our plan is to raise enough money so that the cost of traveling to compete will not financially burden any skater's family. In addition to attending the World Cup 2018 in Philadelphia Penn, we are organizing three weekends where the entire team can practice and compete together. As the roster is made up of skaters from across the country, this will go a long way to help with team bonding and cohesiveness as well as helping us determine the final roster.
We are happy to announce some donation incentives. Due to the nature of this site we will have to do these manually. So here they are:
Donation levels:
$30 Get a postcard from Philly from the team
$75 Get a facebook shoutout while they are in Philly on the Facebook account
$200 Autographed Team Canada tshirt
Rewards cannot be sent out until after the World Cup.
