On August 13, 2016 my friend Amber Jones' (26) life unexpectedly changed. While out with friends she was brutally attacked by a stranger that left her with no feeling in her legs. She was rushed to the hospital where doctor's hoped that the paralysis was only temporary, however after 3 weeks of rehabilitation she is still wheelchair bound.
Amber is being released from the hospital next week (Yay!). While this is great news, it comes with a whole new set up obstacles. Amber has a lot of medical expenses, needs a ramp built so she can access and navigate around her home, including all other things she needs to make living at home possible.
Amber is by far one of the bravest people I know, she has been so positive and strong through this whole ordeal and she needs all the support she can get!
So let's restore faith in humanity (again) and show Amber that we love and support her all the way!
