Wendy Stokes, was born in raised in Chicago, IL but moved to Charlotte, NC to be near her only son. She'd also just recently celebrated her 45th birthday on March 1. On the evening of March, 16. 2017 she was traveling on her way home from work when she was involved in an accident caused by a reckless, drunk driver. There were three people involved but sadly Wendy was directly struck and was the only person who didnt make it. With no insurance the cost to get Wendy home and funeral arrangements have piled up tremendously. Please contribute to the family in assistance to get Wendy home to Chicago for a proper burial surrounded by her loved ones. We greatly appreciate you in advance. Rest in heaven Wendy. We love you.
