Fasano Dogs...Let's Get 'Em Out!

In a rundown shelter.
In the Southern Italian town of Fasano.
Hidden from public view.
They have been living under sequester in very sad conditions for the last two years. They have had no chance of getting out. Of being adopted. Of finding loving forever homes. Many are old and some have been in the shelter for over 10 years. But a few weeks ago, thanks to public outcry and the tireless advocacy work of the volunteers of the non-profit Quattrozampe Nel Cuore, a judge ordered that the sequester on these dogs be lifted. And that they have the opportunity to get out. This is GREAT NEWS!
Many of these dogs are ill and will need treatment so they can be adopted. And these treatments are expensive. They will also need resources for paperwork and transport so that they can go to homes in other parts of the country and the world.
We are asking today for your help. Help that will enable the amazing local volunteers to get them vetted, treated and transported to families who will love them in the way they deserve.
No amount too small. Every little bit helps.
