Get Nix Painless Teeth

My name is Nix, I am 25 years old, and I am currently pursuing a degree in astronomy and astrophysics while maintaining a job. I take good care of my teeth, but for a variety of reasons ranging from genetics to lifelong poverty, they are in terrible shape. I have not been able to afford even the most basic dental care throughout the majority of my life. Despite having dental insurance, the procedures I need to get me out of pain will cost me upwards of $6,000. This is roughly 150% of my yearly income. If necessary, I can provide a censored version of a paystub or W2 to prove this. My family and my wife's family have offered to help as much as they are able, but my family is in no better of a position than I am, and this is an astronomical amount of money for us.

These procedures include four extractions (including three wisdom teeth), fillings on at least eight teeth, multiple crowns, and a wide range of periodontal treatment to prevent further bone loss in my jaw. Obviously, the inability to have these procedures done leaves me in constant and often debilitating pain. This is a shocking degree of pain that wakes me up in the middle of the night and leaves me in tears, and I am no stranger to pain. It is impacting my ability to be successful in school and in my job. I am insured, but only through August, and my insurance is only able to cover $10,000 of the costs.  This makes this extremely time sensitive, as in September of this year the cost will rise to roughly $16,000.

Today is Friday, February 15th and I have managed to cover the cost of the four extractions on Wednesday, February 20th. At that time I will be able to provide an itemized estimate for the procedures, which will include the portion covered by my insurance and the portion I am responsible for.
