Get Neko into the Vet!

Neko is deteriorating fast. She refused to eat, has lost so much weight that we can see her bones, won't drink, and vomits.. she needs to get into a vet or I'm sure we are going to lose her. She has been my companion for 12 years. Please, anything helps. I can't bare to watch her suffer..
