Get my dads truck back and fixed

My father John has been living in his truck with his 3 dogs, Feet, Blue and Trixie, and doing construction work to get by, but unfortunately his phone was stolen at the laundrymat then a few days later his truck while driving back to where he parks it and stays the tire came off. He had no money to get it towed to where he usually parks it so they took it to h&h towing off weber. It is already $500 to get it out and tow it to where he parks. Not including a fee everyday, and however much it will cost to get it fixed. My dad already had to spend thanksgiving alone and now its going to be getting colder and he is staying in a half built house. My dad fought for this country. His truck and his dogs are all he has. Im 4hrs away and i dont have enough money to get it out and fixed either. Once he gets his truck fixed he will come to my place and stay, just needs help getting hoi truck fixed and out. My dad has survived strokes, seizures, brain anurisum, wars, being ran over and shot. He doesnt need to be on the streets. Please help!
