Get mother cells to help control my lupus and esrd

I was diagnosed with lupus nephritis at age 20 I’m 24 now and my kidneys are failing. I do dialysis three times a week since I was diagnosed. My lupus is getting stronger and starting to attack my other organs and causing other problems. I had to have my heart drained of liquid twice this year and might have to get that surgery again since my lupus is attacking the tissue around my heart. My lupus has also caused me to have arthritis and nerupathy. I want to get mother cells to help control my lupus and maybe recover my kidneys and get off dialysis but I don’t have the money since I can’t work due to my schedule with dialysis and I spend a lot of time in the hospital. Dialysis drains me and causes me to have migraines, after my treatments I have to rest due to the fact that dialysis causes those issues. Anything you can give will help and be appreciated. I am a mom and I want to be able to be here to see my daughter grow.
