Get Martha a Wheelchair

After Martha was diagnosed with ALS she continued to help others. She started a local ALS support group, mentors educators, teaches children to read, continued her work for Sounds First Reading System (soundsfirst.org), is an engaged community member, and remains a steadfast friend, sister, aunt, mother and wife. Martha has gone through many surgeries to improve her life during this disease, and her loving husband Eric has been a tireless caregiver and friend.
