Get Mamadou to Indonesia for his scholarship

My young friend Mamadou O Jallow has gotten a scholarship to study in Indonesia. It’s very exciting and includes a full stipend to live off and all his tuition.
Unfortunately the scholarship is in jeopardy because he can’t afford to get from The Gambia to Indonesia.
So I offered to run a Go Fund Me, in the hope that we can raise the amount needed for a return trip (based on my internet search of air fares).
I met Mamadou online through our shared love of revegetation. He has been involved in conservation works in The Monkey Forest which I’ve heard about over the years from Gambian friends.
If you can contribute both myself and Mamadou would appreciate it. And you would help further the education of a young man who seems set to be a future leader in his community.
