Get Dolly home

A couple months ago we moved to San Diego from the Seattle area and had the money saved to ship Dolly down as well. Unfortunately she developed laminitis and her vet bill took all the funds we had saved. 

Now she is currently unridable (and unsaleable) and I’m terrified that if I’m unable to raise the funds to move her that I may have to put her down. I absolutely refuse to give her away and have her end up in a kill pen. 

Dolly has been a lesson horse, therapy horse and has helped those afraid of horses become comfortable around them. Her personality is absolutely one of a kind. She was an orphan foal and has never had a bad experience making her the most trusting and trustworthy horse you can imagine. Her registered name starts with “Baby Doll” and she certainly is! She’s also a big goofball, escape artist, and will make you laugh until you can’t breathe! Even if she’s never rideable again she could still be a therapy horse and at least lend a warm neck to cry on or hug. 



This horse has meant so much to so many people it would be a crying shame to put her down. My kids and I love her and I can hardly bear to think of it.
