Sam has moved heaven and earth to change his circumstances so that he can get Buddy to him and Molly.
We want to help these two young caring people by getting the funds together to get Buddy to them.
Buddy is booked on transport 23rd January 2019, he is with us as a foster while he has some treatment for heartworm, we are postive that this will become negative by his next bloods Nov 30th.
Sam got Buddy chipped, rabies,and treatment for his heartworm.
Buddy deserves to have a loving life he is only 2.5 year old , and has never known a home or love, only abuse and has had to fend for himself.

My partner and I are on holiday in Cabanas, Tavira. We took a train to Vila Real de Santo Antonio on Tuesday and came across what we thought was a stray dog..we are both dog lovers and took a shine to him instantly, he's very gentle and loveable. We met him outside a bar and a man - who we presumed to be a punter at the time - came to the doorway and the dog fled in obvious terror. We left a little while later but we were both somewhat upset and decided to go back to see if we could feed the dog. We followed him along the river front and wound up in what I can only describe as a slum - the residents of this area appeared to be living in huts that had been thrown together and there were several dogs and cats in the area. A car came down towards the area and pulled up - it was the man from the bar - the dog fled instantly and hid under a van. He was trying to sell us the dog - we couldn't communicate due to the language barrier. Around ten minutes later, the same man pulled up on the road next to us and dragged the dog out on a piece of string attached to his collar - the dog ran away and the man drove off. We got the dog and not knowing what else to do, we brought him back here to Cabanas. He has quite clearly been neglected and judging from how terrified he was around the man, I would assume he has been abused. His tail appears to be broken and he has a few gashes and lumps on his body. He is the sweetest soul and already, in the two days that he has spent with us, he has shown a loving, gentle, playful and trusting side, that need only be nurtured by somebody who would be so kind as to take him in, we have took him on walks and he is great with other dogs and cats, they have come up to him and he has had no issue, as well as other people. I would love to keep him myself but am unable to due to commitments back at home, My partner and I are leaving very early on Sunday morning..we need to get him looked at and sheltered by then. Please please help!!!
If you know me and Sharron we never ask for help, we look after 17 dogs,2 cats, and if we can will always help.
