Get Adrew a boat

This is Andrew. He's well known along the canal after his epic walk from Reading to Bristol last summer. Andrew is a boater through and through, but doesn't have a boat. He is a free spirit travelling the land and sleeping in his tent. His dream is to have a boat. Unfortunately he suffers from emphesima and so the necessity for a boat is now more urgent. Could we help in any way to get him started? He's a wonderful human and deserves a little bit of help...
