George Neikrug's Medical Expenses
$13,250 of $10,000 goal
In Spring of 2016, Neikrug suffered two compression fractures in his back. He has been bedridden for about one year. He needs two aides who cost $500 per day. He is just beginning to be able to walk now with the aides' help. Other medical expenses include blood pressure medication, heprin shots in his stomach, etc.
His goal is to be able to sit without severe pain and to teach again. It's imperative that he continues to have these aides help him with his therapy and daily life. The Neikrugs are out of funds and their savings are gone. The crux of the matter is that if the aides are not paid, they will quit and Neikrug will die.
I'm sorry to say that George Neikrug passed away yesterday. Thank you so much for your help 2 years ago. He lead an incredible life and has positively impacted so many people.
I'm sure many of you have the Neikrug's address. If you need it, please feel free to contact me.
Thank you again for having helped him when he needed it.
Thank you very much for your support. Your donations helped the Neikrugs greatly. They have been able to secure a long term solution for financing Mr. Neikrug's medical needs, and they could not have done that without your help.
