BOARDSEATMEET:  FOR THE BOARDROOM OF TOMORROW

We are a Not-For-Profit corporation, and our mission is to accelerate gender diversity in the boardroom, using the power of a modern app to enable real-time human interaction.   We believe that this builds the social capital - warm network and connections - between women and corporate boards that finally moves the needle to impact change and drive real accountability for organizations. 
We need your help to fund the initial push on the application (iOS, Android and Web) that will make it easy and turnkey for board members to meet with women leaders in-person - over a simple coffee, lunch or on a call/video call.

Diversity also correlates with profitability—they are 33% more likely to outperform, and more successful in attracting top talent, show greater employee satisfaction and improve decision-making.

76% of companies acknowledge a business case for gender diversity in top-level leadership—but only 13% have taken the next step of calculating the positive impact.

It's clear - gender diversity shows the strongest correlation with profitability and value creation.

Why now?
Despite years of lip service, global organizations have made little progress in improving gender diversity in top-level leadership across the board. The result—negative impact on performance and profitability, and large swaths of high performing women being left behind.

This is a huge disservice to customers, to shareholders, and to qualified women candidates who have been untapped. In states like California, it is now the law that boards can no longer be male-only, and all around the world quota systems are attempting to drive similar change through policies.
