Getting Something Off My Chest

So, if you’re still here after the iconic punch line, I appreciate it! I’ve known I was trans since like, the fourth grade. It was a constant struggle when I was younger, with virtually no family support system. I’m older now, and thankfully have had the privilege of HRT for 4 amazing years. While that has helped my dysphoria immensely, I think it’s time to get something off my chest. (Again, pun intended.) I’ve been interested in top surgery for YEARS but have never had the funds to do so.  Every day gets harder. Anything contributed is GREATLY appreciated. Whether it be money or just a kind note.
