Disabled vet attacked for helping

I'm Brian and I live here in Daytona Beach. I was very shocked when Garry Blough, a disabled veteran living in our community wounded in the Gulf War in 1991, was attacked by 3 people, according to police, when he tried to keep them from killing a turtle. This man has a family and was seriously injured. He was treated at the hospital and had to walk home because he has no car. And keep in mind he uses a walker and has daily seizures. He received very serious injuries to his eye and has a shattered skull. He and his family certainly can use some help to get through this tough time.
