Turkey Drive

Gang alternative is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization that works with children and families in the Little Haiti and North Miami areas of Miami-Dade County. To build character that lasts in children and families through faith-based positive alternatives to youth violence and delinquency by offering a holistic approach to their academic, physical, social and spiritual development.
The Compassion Project Drive is a yearly turkey drive that we hold for the poor and homeless families in our community. We also invite a variety of social service agencies to the event in order to have additional resources available for the families if necessary. On November 18, 2017, at 6620 North Avenue, Miami, FL from 10am to 2pm we will have our annually turkey drive where our goal is to provide turkeys to families that are in need for the holidays.
In 2016 we gave out 700 turkeys. This year we would like to serve 1000 families.
