Gabriel is a friend from Mexico who was diagnosed with chronical renal insufficiency one year ago and since then to now has gotten to the point where his heart is also deteriorating.
His family is in need of money for a transplant and any donation will be truly appreaciated.
Here is his story:
Hi, my name is Gabriel De Hoyos, I am 27 years old, and have three kids that I would love to see grow up, be by their side during every important moment like any other parent.
One year ago my life changed radically, I was diagnosed with chronical renal insufficiency. I was then operated and since then have been treated with dialysis. I've had ups and downs, I've relapsed plenty of times and my heart is deteriorating. Since I was little I've had a heart murmur and now it has gotten worst.
It's urgent to get a kidney transplant so I can have a better quality life and achieve my dreams. But my condition is worsening day by day. I have a lot of desire to live.

Hola, mi nombre es Gabriel de Hoyos. Tengo tres hijos que quisiera ver crecer, estar a sus lados en todos sus momentos importantes como cualquier padre.
Hace un año mi vida cambió radicalmente ya que fui detectado con insuficiencia renal crónica, por lo tanto fui operado y ahora tengo diálisis, he tenido altas y bajas he recaído varías veces y mi corazón se está deteriorando porque desde pequeño he tenido un soplo en mi corazón y ahora ha empeorado. Es urgente que se me haga un transplante de riñón para poder tener una mejor calidad de vida y lograr mis sueños que son muchos. Mi enfermedad está progresando día a día y se está acortando el tiempo. Tengo muchas ganas de vivir.
Por eso es que les pido su ayuda y cualquier donación será agradecida!
