Financial help with medical bills

I hate that it's gotten to the to where I feel the need to reach out for help financially again.   I'm on medical leave due to my doctors discretion over my heart condition.   Back in October of 2014 I was diagnosed with congestive heart.  It still isn't certain how I contracted the disease but it has left my heart extremely. I've been trying to get on a heart transplant list but unfortunately after taking the test that even though my heart is very sick with an efracture rate of 15% , it still isn't considered weak enough to get a transplant.   Now I'm also having sleep apnea complications as well.   And I seem to be finding myself visiting the er more and more due to fluid retention. 

In all honesty when I first got diagnosed I thought I could take this on by myself and not need help from anyone.  I figured it was my problem to deal and handle it myself.   I really didn't want to drag anyone else into my financial or physical woes.  But unfortunately in the process i also alienated quite a few friends because i didn't want to see them hurt by what i was going through, and now I have those bridges to repair as well.   I'm asking for help not only to pay of medical bills and be prepared for future bills, but also help with upcoming dental bills,  but also to get into a healthier lifestyle to prolong my life.   anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated it would definitely help.
