Caleb Phipps vs. Osteosarcoma

Caleb Phipps (only 16 years old) was just diagnosed with Malignant Osteosarcoma on the right knee.  
Caleb is the oldest son of Darrell and Jessica Phipps.  Mom Jessica is also know to hundreds of kids as Mrs. Phipps, as she is a teacher at Pioneer High School.  Dad Darrell graduated from Pioneer High School many moons ago and has been a mechanic at Steven's Ford here in Enid for a million more.  Siblings Rebecca, Timothy and Zeke.   Grandparents are Mary Lou Phipps and David and Jan McAllister. 
This happened suddenly...from a tiny bump to chemotherapy in 4 weeks. It's unfathonable that things can change so quickly! Caleb is the strong silent type who never complains and always has that sly little smile. So when he told us how much his leg hurt him....this is what it became. Family and friends are being told, and Caleb knows he has a long road ahead of him. First things first...chemo for about 10 weeks, re-evaluate tumor, hopefully limb salvage surgery, and more chemo.
