Fashion line

I am an aspiring designer at Illinois state university endeavoring to start my first line for the 2017 ISU fashion show. As a student though I am not in the position to afford the supplies needed to execute my designs fully. For as long as I can remember, fashion, history and historical costuming have been my passion. My interest in this unique topic started when I saw the movie Marie Antoinette directed by Sofia Coppola at age 11. The elaborate 18th-century costumes sent me down a rabbit hole of research on the late Rococo style and construction methods of this unique period of history.
