Put Linda Back in the Driver's Seat

Linda Dore was diagnosed with a spinal Ependymoma tumor in 1999 at age 32.  Linda has endured a daunting, punishing course of disease stages and treatment challenges over the last 19 years, all the while raising two wonderful girls, Hannah and Olivia. Linda has been a life teacher to all who know her.  She is a role model for how to move through life’s most difficult passages with grace and courage.

Most recently, Linda has been confined to a wheelchair.  Fortunately, her mobility was not completely restricted. Linda had a van that was equipped with handicap accessible controls.  Recently, however, fate struck again. During a recent storm with high winds and driving rains, a tree fell and struck her van!  The van was totaled.  The out of pocket cost to buy a used van and provision for accessibility comes to $20,000; hence the creation of this GO FUND ME CAMPAIGN.
