Ms. Donna Carpenter Memorial Fund

Ms. Donna Carpenter passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2017.  Donna was a phenomenal art teacher in the City of Virginia Beach Public School System.  The love that she had for her students shined each and everyday in her classroom.  We are so sad that she will not be with us in our schools but her spirit, personality, humor and love will live on forever.  Donna has touched so many lives from beautiful family to staff members to all of her friends.  Donna we will be thinking of you each and everyday.  The smile that you had will never be forgotten.  WE LOVE YOU!
