Who Am I
Hi and thanks for visiting!
My name is Moritz Sonntag and I am a filmmaker and Canyoning-Professional from Germany. I have been working as a canyoning-guide for many years and studied media with video/film for 3 years. My love for outdoorsports and the mountains led me to work with mountain-film and I feel very honored to be able to do that!

The Project
In March 2016 an international team of canyoning professionals will visit Taiwan to do some spectacular first descents including a 7-9 day Canyon. Part I in October 2015 has been a huge success already so the team decided to capture Part II on a more professional basis.
My goal is to produce a professional full-length documentary of that unique expedition and to share it with the international audience in late 2016. We will come up with a film, that documents the very demanding long descents, the beautiful scenery of Taiwan's canyons and takes you closer to the attempt of a 9-day first descent.
Why fund me?
You can imagine that the logistics shooting such a documentary isn't the easiest one. I will shoot with my own professional camera-equipment. But to bring that project to reality I still have to cover the traveling costs, need to invest in some more equipment and spend days and weeks working on the final edit with other people.
I am confident that we will come up with something truely unique and I would be super thrilled if you are one of our supporters!
