Help save my dog

My dog Lilly got in a fight with a stray dog that came in our yard she was protecting my children her size was not in her favor the dog almost killed her she has a deep puncture wound on her leg near her bladder she was extremely lucky her bladder was not hit however she has nerve damage to her back and her Jaw is broken and needs repair her chances of having a normal life after jaw repair is very good it took all the money I had to keep her at the emergency vet for the weekend plus the help of care credit I'm asking for help to save my family member she has been there for me and my two sons through thick and thin this dog got hurt defending her children in her eyes my kids are also hers Lilly is a very happy living and friendly dog she was willing to give her life to save my son's please help me help a deserving dog she truly is Amazing I will post updates and bills if for any reason there is any money what so ever left on this account that Lilly does not need I will give it to another patient at the vet and I'll show proof of that if I need to Lilly needs the community to help her please help this poor baby
