Remembering Jordan

My coworker and friend Heather Hunter lost her first born on November 13th.  He unexpectedly passed causes not known as of yet she is a single mother of 2.  Jordan was 14 years old. A sweet young man with his whole life ahead of him. This is a devastation to his entire family. Everyone is left in shock of losing this sweet boy. Anything you can help with is greatly appreciated.
