Housing Found

Hello -- I have been attempting to keep myself off of the streets, and avoid becoming homeless. I have started a residential - commercial cleaning business, and I have had it for the past eight months. I do not make  a great deal, yet, it is  almost enough to get by.  I have found a home, in, BEULAH, MI. The owner has expressed that He will do what ever He is able to, to assist in getting me, into the house. I need at least, $2,000. to secure the home. I am trying to secure a home loan. I have never owned a home, and I am researching opptions, as well as open to all suggestions. I have included a photo of the home. I have recently recieved my first credit card, in order to rebuild my credit. 
 The mortgage on the home is less than standard rent, that I have been paying. If anyone is able to assist me, in any way,  I will be forever in your favour. If I am able to get this home, I will be able to rent out a room to help with the cost of the home, as well as a bit of income. My dream is to get off the streets.    As a symbol of my gratitude, for those that offer up assistance, I will gladly give to you, a choice of, one or more from my array of photographic prints, ( or, an original, depending on the amount donated ) from my collection of photographic works. I have a few up here on this website; fineartamerica.com -- As with anyone else, I am simply attempting to better my life.
