Fury’s No Good, Awful Day @ the vet

This is Fury, aka Night Fury, who is apparently trying to live up to the other name of the dragon, Toothless. Fury is a six year old boy who my ex partner and I adopted when he was very young.He’s not the smartest cat, or the nicest, (as his older brothers and younger sister will attest) but he is amazing and so very much loved. When he was very young, within a short period of time after adopting him, he developed an infection that affected his motor skills and we were so worried we’d lose our newest family member before really getting to know him. 
But he’s a tough bugger. He pulled through, with no issues (besides what seems like a high pain tolerance and a chip on his shoulder) and since then he hasn’t needed any extra vet care. 
Until now. 
In september, we moved into a new home and after taking a picture, realized his front left fang was gone.

He showed no signs of distress, there was no trauma and after speaking to a vet they assumed the tooth had simply dissolved, as that’s a thing that happens, who knew??
Seveal days ago, I noticed Fury repeatedly licking his lips, which is unusual, and while he bleps occasionally, it was near constant. After finally opening his mouth, I noticed that a tooth on the side seemed to be knocked inwards, reaching up towards the roof of his mouth. An emergency appointment today revealed that it may be due to him running face first into the staircase (which... not unusual for him) or it could be he has dental issues. The vet said his teeth were bad  and gave us some options. 
We need to get at least two teeth pulled and then cleaned up. The estimate is $900-1430 CAD after tax. 
I don’t like asking people for money, and if it was for me I wouldn’t, but for my cats I’ll try whatever I can.
