Trip to attend Grandfathers funeral

Hello, I am Michele, the granddaughter. My papa has been in the hospital for a few weeks due to a  surgury he needed. There was a few complications, but the doctors fought hard to keep things under control and to help him get better. He was put in ICU for the last 2 weeks. He lost the battle today. He would have been 93 next month. 
The reason I am asking for help, is i want to ensure my mom (his daughter) and my daughter, can get down there for the funeral. My mom is disabled, on SSI, and obese (so a plane ticket would not be easy). My daughter would be able to help her through the travels. I want to go as well, but my main goal is for her to go and be with my grandma durning this great time of need. I wish i knew what all to say, but right now i am still in a great deal of shock. And writting is not my strong suit.
