Funeral/Memorial Fund for Ian Cole Fernandes

On Friday December 20, 2019 our son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend, Ian Cole Fernandes, earned his wings as he was called back to heaven. Ian had such a promising bright future ahead of him. He had overcome so many obstacles in the past two years battling severe depression and anxiety. He worked hard to fight the demons of mental illness that he struggled with on a daily basis.
Although we do not know his exact cause of death at this time, what we do know is that he is missed terribly. By his family, his friends and all those that knew and loved him. He was on track to graduate this coming June and would have done so with honors the path he was on. He was so very excited for that. He was so very very smart. He was trying new and exciting things he had never had the courage to try before. He had made several new friends this current school year and he was so happy about that.
We know he cared so much about those around him. He loved his family, his brother, his dog and his friends. He had a heart of gold when he would let people in. He is going to be forever missed and always in our hearts. At this time the only thing helping is knowing he is no longer suffering.
We appreciate any and all donations anyone can make towards his final expenses and those to come which are not going to be easy for the family. Thank you all for your love, support, kindness and generosity.
