The world lost one of the most loving, playful and caring souls on Nov 30, 2017. Oscar "Bowie" Almanza succumbed to illness, he fought like the warrior he was but it was time for him to join his father in heaven. Oscar loved his family, his friends and anyone who loved his beloved Lakers, Texans or Rangers. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure to know him. Now that he has left this world we want his friends and family to be able celebrate at his service which will be at Memorial Funeral home in Edinburg on Tuesday, December 5. Oscar was always one to help when he was able, especially to his friends, now we on his behalf ask you to help us in order to give him the services he deserves. On Monday, December 4th the remainder of his balance for his memorial services are due, please contribute anything you can, everything will help. Thank you, he loved you all and he will be missed by all.
