Corey Powers broke down in southwest Bakersfield on July 3rd ...for no reason someone pulled up and shot him and killed him. Corey was such a hard working man who loved and cared for his wife Annie and helped raise her wonderful children like they were his. He was funny and was loved by his family and friends.
