Funeral for our beloved Chea Suth

On September 12th at 1:36 PM Chea Suth passed away from Liver Cancer. Chea Suth was born on July, 6th, 1950 in Phnom Thom, Cambodia. In his late teens, Chea worked as a delivery driver in Battambang and met Pok. In 1970, they got married and moved to Phnom Thom.
In the beginning of their children's lives, they endured an escape from Kampuchea (also known as Cambodia) to a refugee camp in Srak Keo, Thailand. This escape took them about a year on foot through rough terrain. In 1985, they were sent to Manila, Philippines to start there immigration process to the U.S. Finally, in June of 1986 they immigrated to Salt Lake City, Utah.
Because of Chea, his children have the freedom and opportunity to live a life away from a historic genocide. Chea worked very hard to provide for his family and he always put them first. He was always kind, loyal, courageous, loving, caring, strong, and dependable. We are all relieved to say he is no longer suffering and is now in a better place, Heaven.
Chea is survived by his beautiful wife; Pok Rem, his 9 kids; Son, Chhean chea and wife Saren Pan of Florida, Daughter; Chhoeun Chea, Son, Hoeun Chea of Utah, Son, Voeun Chea of Minnesota, Daughter, Sokhoeun Reina and husband Adam Reina of Kansas, Son, Saloeun Chea of Minnesota, Son, Jerry Chea and wife Sreymom Chea of Minnesota, Daughter, Mary Johnson and husband Durius Johnson of Arizona, and son, Johnny Chea of Minnesota. Grandchildren; Samnang Meak, Samneang Meak, Daniel Chea, John Chea, Aleksandria Chea, Destinie Chea, Sakura Chea, Hanna Chea, Kairo Chea, Ryu Chea, Brayden Stanton, Cayden Stanton, Vonica Chea, Keithon Stanton, Kiteo Chea. and Sofia Lolani Chea. Great-grandkids; Rafael Gustaffsen and Ariel Gustaffsen.
