Funeral Expenses: Samantha O'Gorman

This is the hardest thing that I'm ever going to have to write..but Samantha O'Gorman is going to be laid to rest. She has fought long and hard for the past 28 years but the poor thing can't fight any longer. She is going to be at peace and relieved of the suffering.
Samantha was born with non-communicating hydrocephalus which became so severe throughout her life that it resulted in five complex shunts throughout her body. Complications that have occurred include, but are not limited to: massive grand mal seizures, large pseudocysts, loss of mobility, blood clots throughout her brain and heart, visual impairments, etc. In her short life, she has endured over 200 surgeries.. a majority of which were in her brain.
Within the past year, her body has endured so much and it breaks our heart that there are no more options.
If you knew Samantha, you would know that no matter what she had going on, she always had a smile on her face. She will always be remembered as the happy girl who loved her life and everyone in it.
We never expected this outcome and we are so blown away that this is what life is facing us with. We are asking that if anyone can help provide Samantha with the memorial services that she deserves, to please donate.
