Funeral expenses for Lincoln Colburn

Hello, my name is Kaleb Colburn. For the past 8 months, my family was preparing and excited to welcome a new addition to our family- Lincoln Thomas Colburn. Son to my brother Thomas Colburn and my sister in law Taylor Palleschi. He was a beautiful baby boy, with a striking resemblance to his older sister Alice Colburn. Unfortunately there was complications with the child, The hospital staff did everything they could on this past Friday but they were unsuccessful in saving him as he had already been gone. Rather than spending mothers day with her beautiful daughter and just as beautiful son, my sister in law is spending it mourning the loss of her son, and trying to plan a funeral under these horrible circumstances paired with the emotional shock that comes with a tragedy like this. This is something no woman should ever have to go through. Due to the fact that she had a very difficult pregnancy, she was not able to work these last 5 months, leaving us scrambling to try and cover the costs of honoring Lincoln.

I went into labor really fast and my water broke and I started to give birth before the ambulance got to my house. Our baby had turned around and was breach and stuck. I didn't make it to the hospital. I gave birth to our son, Lincoln, in the ambulance, on the way to the the ER. They tried the best they could to help resuscitate him but he had already passed away. Lincoln Thomas Colburn needs a proper goodbye, to be remembered and not forgotten. It was a tough pregnancy and I couldn't work for the past few months. We can't financially afford to give Lincoln the funeral and burial he deserves to have and really need help to be able to put him at peace. "
