Funeral Expenses for Jon L Curtis

This is my father Jon L Curtis. He was born on October 4th 1947 and passed away May 19th 2019 at the age of 71. My father had a rough year, this year. Started getting weak and numbness in his body, had an MRI, that reveled he had stenosis in the vertebrae in his neck. The stenosis was pinching his spinal cord and nerves. On March 29th he had a laminectomy to remove the stenosis. He pulled through the surgery fine, but then shortly after he suffered a stroke. It left him  paralyzed on most of his left side.  He was in a Rehab facility for a little over a month. He was making small improvements, from going from pureed foods to some regular foods. He was getting stronger, he was starting to be able to move himself in a wheel chair a little. But unfortunately on Friday May 17th, he fell ill suddenly with a bacterial infection, and multiple bleeds in the brain. He went sepsis and his body just couldn't fight it off anymore. He passed away May 19th. He has 4 children, Timothy Curtis, Jon Curtis, Daniel Curtis and Katie Curtis. And 4 grandchildren. 
I am making this GoFundMe, because he did not have a life insurance policy, nor any money for funeral expenses. My brothers and I do not have enough money for his cremation and funeral home expenses.
