Funeral Expenses For Alfredo

Donation protected
Alfredo Kieninger passed away on the morning of the 19th of October 2018 from an abdominal aneurysm. It was very sudden and has been a shock to anyone who knew him.  He is survived by his Son Thomas Kieninger, Daughter Stacy Savage, and his wife of only 2 month Leann Birmingham Kieninger, and step son Patrick Birmingham.

He had been complaining of a back ache for a few months. Then about a week prior to his passing he fell getting out of his car. He was in more pain the usual but contributed it to the fall. He went to the chiropractor a few times as well as going to his doctor.  He was told it was a herniated disk and a possible pinched nerve. On the 18th of October He went to the chiropractor twice before finally asking to be taken the ER complaining of increased pain and his right leg was numb. During the examination is when they spotted the aneurysm and it measured 10mm. It was decided to move him to another hospital to have a vascular surgeon perform the surgery required. While being transported from North Texas Medical Center in Gainesville Texas to the VA hospital In Dallas he became unresponsive. The ambulance stopped at Medical City Lewisville and they worked for an hour trying to save him but he passed away around 1 a.m.

He did not have any life insurance, and no death insurance on the mortgage for his house or car. All of which will be taken back by the various banks. His family that lived with him are starting the process of relocating and any help towards the cost of his cremation will be a massive help.

His cremation cost is $2,090. The family will be applying for the Veterans death benefits to receive his grave marker, and to help cover some of the expense.

Thank you everyone for the well wishes and condolences.  We do not have a date for graveside remembrance service, but the location will be at Roselawn Memorial Cemetery in Denton Texas. He will be buried next to his first wife of 34 years Deida Kieninger, who passed away in November of 2012
