Amanda Rae Maxwell, born February 29th, 1960, the loving mother of Samantha Rae Metty and Christopher Metty, died unexpectedly on Saturday, July 7th in New York City. She grew up in Manhattan but spent most of her life in Connecticut, and attended Simon’s Rock College in Massachusetts. She loved horses and would give refuge to race horses who could not longer compete. Amanda had a generous and loving heart, and would give you the shirt off her back if you needed it. Unexpected loss is devastating, overwhelming, and impossible to prepare for. Please help me to raise the funds that Samantha and Christopher will need to pay for funeral expenses as they grieve their mother.
