It is with a shattered heart that we share the devastating news of our sweet Hannah passing away on April 5, at only 17 years old. She was a beautiful, smart, outgoing girl with high hopes for her future. She will be immensely missed by her family and friends and her memory will live with us forever. We are accepting donations to get her back to Nova Scotia (from Vancouver) to her final resting place, and for funeral costs. Any amount helps, as this tragic news was completely unexpected and a complete shock for all of us.
