Funeral & Personal Expenses for MJT

On September 28th, 2018 at approximately 6:30pm, Mike-Jones Tykece was shot and later tragically passed away at the hospital while he and his girlfriend were trying to sell a cellular device with an individual they met online. Mike and his girlfriend, Casey, were mere weeks away from moving to Hawaii and starting a new chapter of their lives and were simply trying to raise a little extra money for the move by selling the phone. Mike's family and friends, myself included, were absolutely speechless, shocked, and absolutely shaken to the core upon hearing the news. No one wanted to believe it and desired desperately that it was some sort of mistake and that he would be fine, but that unfortunately wasn't the case. Mike was a truly unique and hard-working individual who was filled with humor and love for his family, friends, and his lovely girlfriend. He will absolutely be more than missed. He was an incredible son, brother, cousin, and boyfriend to his loved ones. Any and all money raised through this fundraiser, down to the penny, will be directly towards funeral and burial expenses. Any donation, regardless of how much, is beyond appreciated by everyone who is in mourning over this tragic loss and will be of great help to Mike's family. By creating this fundraiser, we are hoping to alleviate at the very least some of the financial stress this will put on those involved. Thank you very much.
