Funds for Jack Smith

Everybody knows Jack!  Jack's the first to volunteer, whatever the cause.  He's the first to lend a helping hand for anyone in need.  As a volunteer firefighter, he's put his life on the line many times to help others.  And if you asked for it he'd give you the shirt right off his back. 

And now its Jack's turn. . .   He needs our help.  Jack suffered a major heart attack Dec. 2nd.  He had a cardiac arrest where his heart stopped and he was resuscitated by CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.  In fact, he died 6 times in route to the hospital!

During his recovery  we would like for Jack and his family to be able to focus on healing without the burden of worrying about how he will pay for diapers, living expenses medical bills and being able to take care of himself and his family.  Jack's recovery will most likely be a long one, in which time he will be unable to earn a income.

This family needs our help to carry them through this difficult time.   Your donation of any amount would go a long way towards making this happen.
