Funds for Brain Tumors/Cancer

Before I was even born my family was affected by Brain Tumors/Cancer. My Nana was diagnosed many years ago. Every October we would walk the Brains Together for a Cure walk in her honor. Over 3 years ago, a dear friend of mine was diagnosed with DIPG and passed away at the age of 8. Most recently, my dad's coworker was diagnosed with brain cancer and has been fighting since.  This year in 7th grade, my English teacher challenged us to do a passion project. Mine is to educate others about brain cancer/tumors and to raise funds for our yearly walk to help find more answers, treatments, and cures for brain cancer/tumors. All funds raised will go to Brains Together for a Cure.
