Fundraising for Friedreich's Ataxia

Right, I will keep this short and sweet because no-one wants to read a sob story! 

I had my world turned upside down at 21 with a diagnosis of Friedreich's Ataxia (FA), a rare, incurable, degenerative neuro-muscular disease. OK, that's great but what is FA? Basically it attacks the central  nervous system, effecting co-ordination, balance, motor skills, speech, swallowing, sight, vision ect - you get the picture! Oh, and heart disease of course! Anyway, if you are intrigued to find out more about FA then simply tap it into google! 
I have been fortunate enough to participate in clinical trials that will hopefully provide treatment for me and others with FA! The main financial backer of these trials are Ataxia UK.

So I would like to give something back. 

A close work colleague/friend of mine is running the London Marathon for Ataxia UK (running isn't my thing anymore). 

This is the first and last time I will ever ask for sponsorship, I have set myself a personal goal of £2,000.

Please donate and help me achieve this goal, no matter how big or small your donation has the potential to change my life!

I am also hoping this will raise awareness for a condition that is not well known!
