Angela is need of our prayers and support!

She is a loving Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister, Cousin, Aunt, Nanna, friend to so many and a Tate High School Graduate of Class of 1988!

It all started with a bad cough that wouldn't go away. So off to the doctor she went. The doctor thinking it was bronchitis gave her prescriptions to help and sent her on her way. After 2 weeks, the cough wasn't any better so back to the doctor she went. The doctor ordered a chest x-ray, that was done that day.  Later that afternoon, she received a call stating they saw a spot on her right lung.  OMG, NO!! After going into what the next steps were, they immediately order a biopsy to be done on July 23, 2018. All this information was overwhelming for her and her husband, Chris!  It all seemed to be a nightmare since all she thought she had was bronchitis.

Angela went to have her out patient biopsy to be done and sent home to recover.  After a few days went by she began to have some difficulty and back to the doctor she went, just to find that her lung collapsed from the biopsy.  They immediately sent her to the Mobile Infirmary ER by ambulance. She to get all the proper testing and procedures done to help her quickly.  This was all just happening way to fast and she was fighting for her life! When getting to the ER they inserted a chest tube to help her lung out because of the complication that occurred.  Once stable the doctor order for her to have  yet another biopsy to be done, this was scheduled on July 28.  Remember they still don't have a diagnosis! After 6 days of being in the hospital they sent her home with no answers and still feeling bad. Weeks went by at home while she kept feeling worse and worse. Her husband Chris being by her side the whole time rushed her to the Mobile Infirmary ER on August 20. The doctors order another biopsy, this is the 3rd biopsy done, still not having any answers.

During all this, she's been in the hospital since August 20. Desperate to find out what in the world is going on with her.  Finally they received a diagnosis of a rare case of Wegener's Disease.  Sadly there is NO CURE, just only treatments to help her.  Unfortunately, there's been some side effects from the biopsies. They found a bad air leak in her lung, leaking directly into her body.  Surgery was the next step to help this leak, so off she went for surgery on September 4. Everything seemed to be going better until another leak occurred which made her have another surgery on September 19. So far the leaks have been stopped! Thank GOD! She has undergone so much!

Angela has a long way to go to get this disease under control! Here are just a few of what she's going to have to go through to help her through this horrible disease. Chemo Therapy do to Wegener's Disease effecting her Kidney's with dialysis treatments. This disease also has caused her to have small vessel vasculitis not to mention what other things the doctors might find.

While still in the hospital getting the treatments that she in need of, she has been out of work since this nightmare began. Her husband continues to work when he can all while being by her side.  With all this being said, they now have some financial problems and medical bills piling up all caused by what they thought was just bronchitis.

I'm asking you to consider helping them through this MEDICAL Condition nightmare to get them through this financial burden this disease has caused them.

Feel free to help them by donating to Angela's GoFundMe Account.

Thank you so much in advance for your help!
