By Supporting your Winter Olympic Olympiads and Olympic Hopefuls, you are taking pride in American athletes and helping make dreams come true! These people are not sitting on the coach eating chips! Their every moment is dedicated to their cause.
“What I found in interviewing these athletes and coming to know them a bit is that they are up against extraordinary odds. They have to, themselves, pay for every practice run, everywhere they travel, and for all of their costs to even get to a qualifying point both for Nationals and then to become a member of the Olympic Team! It’s on their dime, until they reach either National or the Olympic Team. As an example, just 1 PRACTICE RUN for a Skeleton Slider is $200/per trip down the track! That is a LOT OF MONEY just to practice and hope you get it right with that practice run. OUR ATHLETES NEED OUR SUPPORT and this is a FUN way of helping them and someone achieve their goals of GOLD!” Winifred~
