About Stephanie

Stephanie Ellison is an independent researcher and writer based in America. In 2005, while doing research on financial enforcement of Banks in western civilization, she stumbled upon an article series about India that talked about India’s love of gold and the role it plays in a Sanātana Dharmic society.

These articles struck a chord in her heart, and from 2005 onwards, she regularly started reading articles and books about Sanātana Dharma. Every article and book she read drew her closer to Sanātana Dharma. She has always felt like a misfit and struggled to grapple with western world values.  She feels that she was born to serve Sanātana Dharma in Bhāratavarṣa. Finally in 2015, Stephanie decided to find a way to move to India.

2016 Kumbh Mela Visit & Planned Move to India

Stephanie visited Bhāratavarṣa in 2016 and during this time she attended the Kumbha Mela at Ujjain. This visit only strengthened her desire to spend the rest of her life working for Dharma in Bhāratavarṣa. She came in touch with Srijan Foundation Trust and started contributing towards their website, WayOfDharma.com  (see link). Nearly two years prior to this, Stephanie started the process of compiling all the ślokas of the Rāmāyaṇa into an easy-to-read book format for the western seeker and is through with nearly 30% of the work.

Stephanie has secured an Indian Visa which allows her to come and live in India. She has moved to India in July 2018 and plans to work with Nilesh Oak  (see link), who has already authored two books on the timeline of Indian history. During her stay in India, Stephanie will help edit Nileshji’s upcoming book and create content for two educational web sites with Rajiv Malhotra.

Struggle against Disabilities and Related Debt

Stephanie faces some serious physical challenges, and one of them is that she is 95% deaf, as well as having detached retina issues in her left eye. Due to the various medical procedures endured by her over the past year, Stephanie is short of funds and needs help in paying off her card debt incurred for her journey to India.

Goal of this Campaign

The goal of this campaign is to raise money to pay off her credit card debt
incurred in her move to India. The total cost of her journey to India along with her belongings is USD 1,500. Your contributions towards this campaign will help Stephanie find roots in India which has always been her spiritual home.
