Fund Raising for Guy Jr and his family

Guy is not able to work for a while to support himself and his family. He has a new baby as seen in the picture. His partner, Lindsay is supporting Guy in the healing process and taking care of baby and home life. 
Guy learned recently he has cancer. Since learning of the cancer, he has had a surgery and he has been told to take it easy for a period of six weeks. The treatment is yet to be determined. He has been very independent throughout his life. I am sure the physical and financial  change will be a challenge for Guy and quite an adjustment for everyday living. 
Due to his health situation the financial situation is affected. So, they are talking about moving . I believe this could be held off for a while if money is secured for the next few months. Of course, the cost of living keeps going on despite his slowed down physical ability.  
As parents, we want Guy and his partner to focus on his recovery and not to worry so much about bringing a steady income in.  We are not in a position to put forth covering their expenses for several months. 
There will be numerous trips to see the Doctors and more tests to come.  

Guy is a member of Ahousaht First Nation and he is very active with his culture. He is a lead singer for Ahousaht and is known to many other Indigenous Nations as Elvis!

I am the mother of Guy. His Father and I only have Guy! We are proud of our Son!
