Fund for our kitten's surgery

Donation protected
Hey! My name is Guilherme, I'm 18 years old and I'm studying biology in college. I've always wanted to have a cat but it was a hard time convincing my mom to let me have one, but I did it. A friend of mine, who knew I was looking for a cat to adopt, said she had three and needed to give them to someone otherwise they were going to be killed. I immediately said I wanted one and by the end of the day all three were adopted. I stayed with two of them for a week as the other one was going to be adopted by a girl in Coimbra and I could only give it to her on the end of that week. We noticed the cat she was going to adopt was a bit cross eyed and had a weird "thing" on both eyes which I thought was conjunctivitis. So later on I told her about the kitten's eyes and she said she was fine with it, she didn't care about it and was going to take her to the vet. Unfortunately her mother didn't agree and no longer wanted to have her, because she was a cross eyed... We tried to find another owner for her but had little time and I ended up with two kittens (which I don't mind at all :D ).
This one is Zelda

And this one is Sakura (as you can see she looks a bit cross eyed and you can see the white spot on the corner of her eyes)

Next week I took them both to the vet and we found out Sakura didn't have conjutivitis but instead a congenital problem that made wrong tissue grow in her eyes (cornea). It's congenital meaning she was born with it and it happened while she was developing her eyes still inside her mother's womb.

As you can see there's a white ish spot in her eye.

For now this doesn't really harm her, the only thing I need to do is clean her eyes more often (twice a day minimum). The problem is the "tissue" is going to grow and it will cause her a lot of discomfort and  corneal ulcers. The veterinary said this surgery is NECESSARY, it isn't something that she can live well with and unfortunately it's really expensive. I'm in college, I have a house and bills to pay and I can't afford to have a job at the moment. The surgery is more than a 1000 euros, but I'm already saving some money so she can get it as soon as possible.

Please help Sakura, I can't pay for it on my own and my parents can't help me as they have already to pay for my studies. I'll keep everyone updated on how she is. Every donation, even how small it is, counts and me and Sakura will be forever thankful for it.
