Fund For Kidney Dialysis Treatment

my name is Dan and I've been on Kidney dialysis for 10 years. For over 9 1/2 years I have done dialysis 3 times a week at a Satellite Clinic in my home town not more than 10 min away. Do to complications with my Kidney disease I'm back at the Hospital for my treatment 3 times a week, round trip 163 Klm.. I have no other means of getting to my treatment but to drive myself. My car is 15 years old with over 788.000 Klm and in need of major repairs, I don't know how long it can hold out driving 489 Klm a week. I live on a disability and money is tight and with the added expense of driving to the hospital, $120 a week [$40 per trip gas and parking] it has become overwhelming. I have run out of resources, [bank account, selling stuff, friends] and can't find any answers for a long term solution to my problem. That's what brings me here. I'm asking for some of humanities good people to help out a person at a low point in their life. Being a man that always tried to pay his way, I find asking for help hard. But I'm asking for help covering the expenses to get back and forth to my treatment and money to cover car repairs or possibility a cheap used vehicle that's all. Thank you for reading my story....
